I have to thank a co-worker, Jeanine, for this great drink. A couple of days ago there was a stretch of sun light (rain rain, go away!) so I decided to take advantage of it's solar-goodness and brew up some sun tea. It's really simple and yummy, just take a bunch of herbs and possibly some sweetener, place in a glass jar in the sun for 5-8 hours and you're done (discard the herbs after brewing). For my first batch, I used a bunch of lemon bee balm from the yard and a spoonful of honey. It was absolutely delicious, now we just need some more sun! I'm looking forward to using fresh mint and basil next time.
